If you may be finding yourself on the Soulstice weekend in Alberta, on the Kananaskis border, then indulge in the “Plant Yourself at Woodland West” workshop, just west of Millarville.
Sarah Orlowski, Master Herbalist, will be leading us through the woods and into our hearts as we learn to connect with our plant world.
This two day workshop will include wild herb plant walks, uses and harvesting, plant meditation, historical uses, tincture preparation and other medicine making.
